Import flow ▾

1. Prepare list

Use Funnel Builder to define the audience and prepare a clean CSV.

2. Import records

Upload or paste rows and choose the right import mode.

3. Review records

Check Contacts and Organizations after import.

4. Work leads

Follow up from Leads, Pipeline, Campaigns, and Tasks.

Create:Contacts + Organizations

Contacts + Organizations are always created. Add Pipeline + Leads only when the list is ready for follow-up.

If no section is selected, uploaded CSV files can create sections from file names.

Upload one or more CSV files. BOS can create a section from each file name, like Riverside Churches.

Suggested CSV columns

Choose only the columns you want to import. These are suggestions, not requirements.
